Mental Health – First Level
The Only "Must Do" Level
Here
are the principles for determining you are mentally healthy:
1. You have at least 99% control of your
body but you are 100% able to interrupt an action when you realize it is an
involuntary action that is not a reflex like the blinking of the eye.
2. You have at least 99% control of your
mind but you are 100% able to discontinue an idea when you realize it is a
bad idea.
3. You become unhappy to some degree when
you think of hurting yourself or another person.
4. You are mentally
healthy (sane) even if you do not achieve a higher level of mental health
(see below).
Mental Health – Second Level
You
are mentally healthy (sane) even if you do not achieve the second level of
mental health. We will add information
to this section if and when necessary.
Mental Health – Third Level
You
are mentally healthy (sane) even if you do not achieve the third level of mental
health. We will add information to this
section if and when necessary.
Mental Health – Higher Levels
You
are mentally healthy (sane) even if you do not achieve one or more higher
levels of mental health. We will add
information to this section if and when necessary.
